Stop talking about it. Get out there and look for the best school! Do some research online and visit. Many schools are happy to have you come by and give you a tour of the campus.

If you're interested in a certain neighborhood, drive through it in the afternoon when school lets out. How many students are walking home? How many kids in the area are outside playing, and are they about the same age as your kids?
